The hires include one executive vice president (VP), Alicia Santocki; two senior VPs, Scott Fields and Stephanie Fick; two assistant VPs, Colin Curran and Charles Ill; and one executive assistant, Cora Cruz.
Allen will report to Kelly Superczynski, Aon’s global head of capital advisory, and be responsible for sourcing capital from global organisations to support Lloyd’s of London and risk transfer programmes.
The initiative allows brokers in North America to receive exposure data and quantify loss potential, as well as assist risk managers in making better decisions based on the total cost of risk.
