BevCap Management has named Dawn Dinardo as senior vice president of captive operations, reinforcing its leadership team amid ongoing growth.
Dinardo brings nearly 20 years of experience in captive insurance management, covering feasibility studies, formation, compliance, reporting, and dissolution.
Her work spans both US and offshore domiciles and includes structures such as risk retention groups, single-parent captives, group captives, and cell structures.
Dinardo has held roles across several industry associations, including serving as chair of the TCIA conference committee (2021–2022), education chair for South Carolina Captive INsurance Association conference committee, and co-chair of the conference sub-committee for Captive Insurance Companies Association’s Amplify Women initiative.
