The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) has named Kim McCray-Woodruff as its new director of learning and professional development.
McCray-Woodruff brings over two decades of experience in executive learning consultancy, having partnered with institutions and C-suite leaders to deliver impactful learning strategies.
Previously, she served as an adjunct faculty member for Museum Studies at Johns Hopkins University’s Advanced Academic Programs, and as an adjunct faculty member at Champlain College.
Commenting on her new role, McCray-Woodruff says: “This week I am delighted to begin a new journey and new position as director of learning and professional development at VCIA.
“I am thrilled to be joining this incredible team and look forward to all that we will accomplish together with VCIA’s education, programmes, and professional development.”
