Risk Strategies has acquired HollandStivers Employer Solutions (HollandStivers), a Kentucky-based employee benefits specialist.
HollandStivers will bring group medical, individual medical, group life, and dental capabilities to the Risk Strategies National Employee Benefits Practice. It will also offer Risk Strategies clients' payroll administration and other HR services.
HollandStivers has almost 30 years of experience in the benefits insurance industry and says its established a loyal client base with its customers, having been with the firm for more than 20 years.
Commenting on the acquisition, John Greenbaum, Risk Strategies national employee benefits practice leader, says: “The team at HollandStivers are great people and expand our geographic presence while adding expertise in integrated human capital management and payroll administration to our rapidly growing repertoire of client services.”
