The Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA) returns to Mumbai for its Regional Conference on 12 June 2026, bringing risk and insurance professionals from across Asia-Pacific together for a day of strategic dialogue, expert insights and industry collaboration.
The conference takes place under the theme 'The New Risk Order' and is positioned by the association as a forum where risk managers, insurers and brokers can share perspectives and tackle the challenges shaping the risk environment.
Industry partners supporting the conference include platinum partners Aon, JB Boda Group and Zurich; gold partners FM, ICICI Lombard and QBE Asia; and silver partners AIA and Prudent. Additional partners are to be confirmed.
Annacel A. Natividad, president of PARIMA, says: "We are excited to bring the PARIMA community back to Mumbai as we continue to deepen conversations around how risks are evolving across industries and regions."
She adds: "In today's increasingly complex environment, it is critical for risk professionals to come together, exchange perspectives, and strengthen their ability to navigate uncertainty while enabling sustainable growth."
The agenda spans macroeconomic risks, energy transition, natural hazard risk in fast-growing markets, the Indian surety market, transactional liability insurance, geopolitical risk and the use of analytics in risk management.
Speakers include Dr Sachchidanand Shukla of Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Sean Walker of Zurich, Louis A. Gritzo and Greg Duncan of FM, Bhaskar Basu of ICICI Lombard, Reuben Lee of QBE Asia, and Joe Peiser of Aon, among others.
The conference also features the Next-Gen Risk Takers challenge, with QBE Asia as title sponsor. The initiative gives emerging risk professionals a platform to present ideas and insights to a panel of judges and a live audience, reflecting PARIMA's commitment to supporting the next generation of risk leaders.
The Mumbai conference is part of PARIMA's broader 2026 regional programme, which connects risk professionals across Asia-Pacific through conferences, masterclasses and collaborative initiatives.
PARIMA is a not-for-profit organisation with more than 2,600 members from over 1,300 companies. It works with 32 partners to support resilience, growth and dialogue across the Asia-Pacific risk management community.
The event runs from 10:30am to 9:00pm IST at the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, with registrations opening at 9:30am.
