Alliance Captive Management launches SportGuard™, a captive insurance-backed benefits programme specifically designed for sporting events.
The new offering is aimed at owners, managers and hosts of sporting events, providing protection for both the organisations and the participating athletes.
The programme aims to create alignment, sustainability and long-term value by pairing specialty insurance with a structured captive strategy.
Tim Luby, CEO of Alliance Captive Management, says: “This is a great example of how specialty insurance programmes, when paired with a properly structured captive strategy, can create alignment, sustainability, and long-term value.”
Luby notes that the solution represents a forward-looking approach to specialty insurance, designed specifically to serve a “highly specialised community”.
He adds: “At Alliance Captive Management, we believe the most impactful captive structures are not created to simply ‘place risk’, they are built to solve real industry pain points while aligning long-term capital strategy with disciplined underwriting.”
“When structured properly, a captive is more than a risk vehicle, it becomes a strategic enterprise asset,” Luby continues.
The launch is supported by a team including Amanda Simmons Luby, Harry Tipper and Jason Byers.
Alliance Captive Management provides services ranging from initial feasibility studies and captive design to ongoing management and compliance. The firm caters to various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, transportation, technology and hospitality.
