Drinker Biddle & Reath has appointed Jay Kallas to its insurance regulatory and transactional team, located in the firm’s Chicago office.
Kallas will also become a member of the corporate and securities group. He has previous experience in mergers, acquisitions, financings and divestitures.
Prior to his new role, Kallas served as corporate counsel for Allstate in its investments and business transactions department.
