Spring Consulting Group has hired Peter Bandarenko as senior consultant and head of new market development.
Baradenko has more than 25 years of experience in group insurance. He has also worked in technical sales, sales management and product development in the insurance carrier and broker and consulting fields.
He previously held positions within Prudential, The Hartford, MetLife and Dye & Eskin Inc.
The senior consultant is also a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters and Vermont Captive Insurance Association.
