USA Risk Group has been approved as an authorised captive manager by the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
USA Risk is one of only two authorised captive managers with a physical presence in the state of North Carolina.
USA Risk Group has captive management operations in Arizona, Barbados, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, Grand Cayman, Malta, North Carolina, South Carolina and Vermont, managing companies in 19 domiciles.
Though North Carolina is new to the captive business, only signing in its law in June 2013, USA Risk Group undoubtedly hopes to be the first to take advantage new entrants into the state.
The four captives set up since then are West & Joyce, Cade Reassurance and SR Insurance, which are managed by Atlas in the state, and Synergy Insurance which is managed by Synergy Captive Strategies in Las Vegas.
